Anti-Roosting Shock Track
The track system is composed of two parallel conductors embedded in a rubber base. Upon crossing the two conductors the bird is subjected to a crisp, but harmless shock. This stimulus is sufficient to move the bird(s) away from the desired area.

Once installed the track is electrified using a solar charger, or a 110 volt A/C charger. Most of the systems are discreet, and low profile.
This roosting deterrent program controls roosting birds through the introduction of an electrical stimulus on the leading edge of their perch.
Birds Keep Returning to the Same Ledges and Signs. What Can Be Done?
Birds may repeatedly return to ledges, windows, signs, and other surfaces that provide convenient places to land and roost. Removing the birds from the area does not necessarily change what made that location attractive in the first place. When the problem involves repeated use of a particular surface, an anti-roosting system may be more appropriate than attempting to block off a much larger area.
Our anti-roosting shock track is a low-profile system designed for surfaces such as ledges, windows, and signs. Two conductors are incorporated into the track and provide a brief, harmless electrical stimulus when crossed, encouraging birds to move away from the protected area. Systems can be powered using solar or 110-volt A/C chargers depending on the installation. We evaluate the species, behavior, and structure before determining whether shock track is appropriate. Matching the deterrent to the actual roosting problem helps us protect the surfaces birds are repeatedly using without relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
